Job summary

You will work under DC, DB, and Benefits Operations Leads to ensure accurate processing. The role requires 3–5 years of retirement plan administration, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of benefits or retirement plan administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, and Deferred Compensation plans.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills and ability to reconcile large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, Pension, and Deferred Compensation plans.
• Review and reconcile 401(k) payroll transmissions and assist with funding of contributions.
• Process Deferred Compensation files and perform related reconciliations.
• Assist with pension payroll funding activities and validate funding transactions.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and annual company contribution processing.
• Support 401(k) administration: nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500, audits, and regulatory reporting.
