Job summary

West is seeking a HR Total Rewards Benefits professional to administer the U.S. Retirement programs (401(k), Non-Qualified Plans) and manage daily plan operations. You will partner with vendors, auditors, and payroll to ensure accurate data and timely communications.

You will educate employees, streamline processes for continuous improvement, and support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, while coordinating with HR and benefits communications to keep employees informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of work related experience.
• Pension and Health & Welfare experience a plus.
• SHRM/CEBS designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and counseling for retirement plans for all employees and retirees.
• Processing of interface files and invoices with third party vendors.
• Liaison for the 401(k) and NQP vendor, outside auditors, consultants and legal counsel.
• Streamline and identify current process for continuous improvement.
• Assist with government filings including 5500s, plan audits, non-discrimination testing and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
• Work in tandem with the Communications Department and retirement vendor in developing benefit plan employee education and communication materials, including maintenance of program information for employee access.
• Serve as liaison with the payroll department, insurance carriers and service providers.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
