Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Davidson, NC, is hiring a Retail & eCommerce Operations Specialist to administer MAP and AORP programs and support channel partners. You will work with Channel Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Customer Care, Legal, and Distribution to ensure policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and positive partner experiences.

This hybrid role collaborates across functions to improve reporting, governance, and program performance while delivering reliable channel support.

Qualifications

• Requires strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Experience in ecommerce and/or retail operations.
• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Engineering or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MAP policy administration and compliance.
• Coordinate price-violation investigations and documentation.
• Maintain records of violations and program performance metrics.
• Administer reseller applications and renewals for AORP.
• Monitor reseller adherence and program documentation.
• Serve as primary ops contact for daily retail/eCommerce requests.
• Develop MAP/compliance reports for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across channel operations.
