Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Retail & eCommerce Operations Specialist to manage MAP program administration, AORP operations, and daily channel support. This role partners with Pricing, Sales, Legal, and Distribution to ensure policy enforcement and operational efficiency while supporting channel readiness and governance.

The position is based in Davidson, NC with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite). The candidate should have a High School Diploma and 2+ years in ecommerce/retail, plus Excel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years Excel skills with advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, AND, OR).
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce and/or retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAP program administration and ensure policy compliance across channels.
• Administer Authorized Online Reseller Program onboarding, renewal, and documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for daily retail/eCommerce operational requests and issue resolution.
• Develop and distribute MAP compliance reports and channel performance metrics.
• Support channel governance, program changes, and documentation updates.
