Job summary

N-STORE Services in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Construction Project Manager to turn plans into successful retail projects. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, field staff, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment, with occasional national travel and a hybrid office arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years project management experience in construction.
• 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
• Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications.
• Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendent to plan and direct activities while facilitating change management to meet scope goals.
• As the master relationship builder, influence and hold accountable all team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.
