Job summary

Holiday Stationstores seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale convenience store remodels, capital improvement projects, rebuilds, and new constructions across multiple states. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and safety while mentoring project management staff and coordinating with internal partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing retail, convenience store, fuel, or multi-site construction.
• Projects leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
• Experience working in occupied commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects across several states from planning through closeout.
• Oversee planning, contractor management, budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings, project reviews, inspections, and punch-list walkthroughs.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and partners.
