Job summary

Schnucks in St. Louis, MO seeks an architectural project lead to develop preliminary scope and conceptual plans for new stores, remodels, and special projects, coordinating with Construction PMs, Merchandising Solutions, Maintenance, and internal stakeholders.

Initially four days in office for up to six months, then a hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days remote. Requires an Associate's degree and 3–5 years in architecture/retail design; must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail design/construction.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit; proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary scope and conceptual plans for proposed projects.
• Lead collaboration with Construction Project Managers, Merchandising Solutions, Maintenance and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects/engineers and internal teams to answer design questions.
• Manage projects from conception to completion and maintain quality control.
