Job summary

N-STORE Services in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Construction Project Manager to turn plans into successful retail projects. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, field staff, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment, with occasional national travel and a hybrid office arrangement.

You should have retail construction awareness, strong communication, and leadership to drive projects from kickoff through completion while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years project management experience in construction.
• 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities are completed on time and within budget with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
• Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects which include project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
• Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications.
• Work closely with the on-site Field Superintendent to plan and direct activities while facilitating change management to meet scope goals.
• As the master relationship builder, influence and hold accountable all team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Construction Project Manager

N-Store Services is a national general contractor providing a variety of industries, primarily retailers, multi-site solutions for their construction and maintenance needs. Our services include remodels, tenant improvements, refreshes, retail channel installations, programmatic maintenance, and store fixture installations.

This is a hybrid Project Manager position requiring ability to commute to our office in Chesterfield, MO as needed, as well as occasional national travel to support job sites and foster client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3yearsproject management experience and 5 yearsexperience in the construction industry
• Superb organizational skills with demonstrated abilities to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adaptability to reach diverse team members
• Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes are “the norm”
