The role requires directing project cost, schedule, quality, and safety while providing clear updates to senior leadership. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven multi-project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience leading multiple retail construction projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
• Strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple new-store and remodel construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules and quality control.
• Ensure permits, approvals and safety compliance throughout projects.
