Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive planning and execution of marketing projects for the Corporate and AI practice areas. You will coordinate with attorneys and BD teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

You will help produce pitches, RFPs, and client materials, while analyzing deal data and supporting ROI analyses. Hybrid/remote options available across US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in law firm or professional services.
• Experience with deal reporting, pipeline management, and market intelligence preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing databases and CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft proposals and materials.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain understanding of attorneys, client base, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC teams to lead cross‑functional initiatives and reports.
• Produce reports and summaries for pitches, league tables, and directories.
• Lead collection, analysis, and quality control of deal reporting.
• Draft, revise, and produce client-facing marketing materials.
