Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive high-quality BD and marketing projects across our Corporate and AI practice areas. The role supports cross-functional teams and coordinates with attorneys and the BD, Marketing, and Communications departments.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, manage deal reporting, and contribute to client-facing materials, pitches, and campaigns, with a hybrid or remote work option.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in law firm, professional services, or similar.
• Experience with deal reporting, pipeline management, and market intelligence in legal settings.
• Familiarity with Pitchbook, Mergermarket, Bloomberg; CRM systems InterAction and Foundation a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft proposals and client-facing materials.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate the group’s value proposition to audiences.
• Collaborate with BDMC to lead multi-team efforts.
• Produce reports with insights for attorneys.
• Coordinate deal reporting and maintain accurate database entries.
• Lead ROI analysis for BDMC projects.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and client relationship growth.
• Draft pitches, RFPs, slides, and informational sheets.
• Support events, webinars, and sponsorships.
