Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in law firm, professional services, or related environment.
• Experience with deal reporting, pipeline management, and competitive market intelligence in a legal setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality business development and marketing initiatives for assigned groups.
• Collaborate with attorneys and BD teams to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Draft pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials to support new opportunities.
• Coordinate data, reports, and sponsorships; manage cross-functional BD projects and events.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell to existing clients and grow relationships.
