Job summary

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, collaborate with attorneys and BD/Marketing teams, and drive strategic business development initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BD or related fields, with strong writing skills and experience in deal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in law firm or professional services.
• Experience with deal reporting, pipeline management, and market intelligence preferred.
• Familiarity with deal databases and CRM systems such as InterAction and Foundation.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to produce proposals and client materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the group’s attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
• Communicate the firm’s value proposition to diverse audiences through clear, persuasive writing.
• Collaborate with team to lead multi-team efforts.
• Produce reports with key findings and actionable insights for attorneys.
• Lead collection, analysis and quality control of deal reporting and profiling of practice experience.
• Draft deal descriptions and experience entries for pitches, league tables, and directories.
• Support planning and execution of BD and marketing projects with ROI analysis.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and campaigns to grow client relationships.
• Coordinate data in BD databases and assist with sponsorships and speaking engagements.
