Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking a Sr Solutions Director for Security to set strategy and GTM plans for security offerings. You will collaborate with national delivery teams to refine solutions and build market-ready offerings that deliver profitability and growth.

The role emphasizes executive engagement with CXO-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, and delivery. The position offers a compensation mix including base salary and bonuses, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Proven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP level.
• Ability to conduct executive level (CISO, CIO) dialogue and presentations.
• Knowledge and experience selling Security products and services.
• Must be knowledgeable and able to discuss and support deployment efforts around IT solutions in multiple security domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the strategy of the ePlus Security practice.
• Define key metrics for measuring success of the practice.
• Identify emerging Security trends and technologies.
• Identify and develop a partner ecosystem to support services growth.
• Solicit feedback from customers, partners, analysts and field organization.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new security solutions and campaigns.
• Package Security solutions for sales and delivery and develop sales tools.
