Job summary

Telamon in Carmel, Indiana seeks a Senior Director to lead the PMO, shaping the enterprise framework for customer implementations and cross‑functional programs across Telamon’s operating companies. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle from contract signature through go‑live, coordinating Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, IS, Engineering, and other functions.

You will establish governance standards, stage gates, readiness criteria, risk management, and escalation protocols, while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification, a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience standing up or running a PMO function.

Responsibilities

• Own project implementation from contract signature through go-live.
• Establish governance cadence, decision rights, and escalation paths for cross-functional initiatives.
• Own strategic initiatives beyond individual launches, including new service offerings, technology implementations, acquisitions, and partner integrations.
• Mentor and develop project management talent across the organization.
• Report program status, risk, and delivery performance to executives.
