Job summary

Star One Credit Union seeks a Contact Center Representative in a hybrid remote role based in Sunnyvale, CA. You will handle member inquiries about accounts, loans, and services, with a schedule Monday–Friday and rotating weekends.

Salary range is $52,300–$71,800 annually, with base pay and potential for performance-based compensation. Requires 2+ years in financial services and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications or able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member questions regarding accounts, loans, and credit union products and services.
• Handles calls, chat, video calls and secured emails in a prompt, courteous, professional manner.
• Recognizes and offers products or services to fit member needs.
• Resolves or escalates complaints through appropriate channels.
• Processes member requests such as transfers, stop payments, address changes, checks, cards, and statements.
