Qualifications

• Three or more years as Conversational Designer or Experience Designer of AI tools/platforms
• One+ year experience with chatbots, agents, or digital self-service experiences
• Knowledge of LLM, NLU, NLP, prompts, intents, entities, and annotations
• Experience with Voiceflow, Figma, Jira, and Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

• Create conversational dialog designs, prompts, scripts, and interaction flows with guidance from senior designers
• Collaborate with product teams and business partners in agile development to plan and deliver virtual assistants
• Apply user-centered design methods and iterate using data, analytics and user feedback
