Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Commercial/Multi-Family HVAC Project Estimator to develop quotes and support sales across markets in the country. The role is hybrid, with in-office and remote work, based out of Raleigh, Nashville, or Newport News, with no nights or weekends.

The candidate should have HVAC quoting experience or related Inside Sales exposure, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining client and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/multi-family HVAC quotations.
• Ability to develop quotations with branch preferences and margins.
• Proficient in MS Office 365; strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations based on branch preferences and margins.
• Identify relevant materials to quote after training.
• Maintain good customer and vendor relationships and negotiate with vendors.
• Work within a team to meet goals and organize project folders.
• Adhere to SOPs to complete quotation processes.
