Job summary

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced estimator/project manager to lead bid development, pricing, and coordination with contractors. You will review drawings, prepare quotes, and manage bid follow-up to win prime contracts.

You will collaborate with sales and production teams, ensure accurate cost factors, submit submittals, and track progress through completion, with opportunities for growth within the Installed Building Products family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent, project manager, or estimator.
• Division 7 experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to review bid statuses and assign new work.
• Prepare detailed quotes and bids for prime bidders.
• Analyze drawings and specs to determine full scope of work.
• Log bid activity and coordinate with the estimating team.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with prime contractors.
• Prepare project submittals and cost estimates for management.
