Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a results-driven Virtual Branch Service Advisor to support service operations across multiple business units. You will assist customers, schedule and coordinate repairs, and manage parts and invoicing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or HS diploma with 3 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience with Karmak and iSeries. A hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Karmak and iSeries systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in intaking, qualifying, scheduling, and following up with heavy-duty service via phone, email, or virtual channels.
• Coordinate service dispatch, purchase orders, and logistics to ensure timely service completion.
• Track work progress, communicate updates, and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Participate in training and process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
