Job summary

Interstate Connecting Components Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Inside Sales and Branch Management, handling order entry, reporting, and backlog review, while learning core business areas for future growth.

You will collaborate with the inside team to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, manage multiple priorities, and help ensure on-time delivery and excellent service across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or related customer service environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• US Person as defined by ITAR (must be eligible to work in the U.S.).
• Proficient knowledge of customer service, MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry and maintenance, reporting, and backlog review.
• Provide back-up support for the sales team and assist in growing sales with key accounts.
• Maintain spreadsheets and CRM data; ensure 95%+ on-time delivery for the branch.
