Job summary

Brother International Corporation in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an Associate, Customer Service to deliver high-quality support to customers pre- and post-sales. You will manage inquiries, process quotes, resolve issues, and maintain detailed CRM records while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with up to two remote days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound pre-sale and post-sale inquiries with prompt responses.
• Address low-to-medium technical questions and elevate complex issues to Engineering.
• Identify and route OEM opportunities to Sales and coordinate with teams.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes; gather information and resolve issues.
• Process quotations accurately and within timelines; maintain CRM records (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Engineering to ensure smooth operations.
