Responsibilities

• Invoicing: ensure timely and accurate invoice submission across systems and portals.
• Payment Processing: apply receipts and credits accurately.
• Collections: manage bi-weekly receivable reconciliations and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Returns & Chargebacks: review and validate retailer deductions and chargebacks.
• Accounts Payable: support AP workflows for accurate bill processing.
• Special Projects: assist with annual audits/reviews and ad-hoc accounting tasks.
