Responsibilities

• Payment processing: apply customer receipts and credit memos
• Collections: bi-weekly receivable reconciliations and follow up on overdue accounts
• Returns & chargebacks: review and validate retailer deductions and chargebacks
• Accounts payable: support AP workflows for bill processing
• Special projects: assist audits/reviews and ad-hoc accounting tasks
