Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking an Actuarial Data Systems Analyst to deliver technical data support and innovative solutions for actuarial financial data systems and marts. You will assist in building data sets, validating monthly refreshes, and developing decision support for medical and pharmacy claims data.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years experience in lieu) and 3+ years in related fields. Hybrid-Flex work arrangement with Utah and remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required or higher.
• 5+ years of related experience can substitute for a degree.
• Experience with SQL data systems and data marts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, design and testing of data sets for actuarial data marts.
• Support monthly data refreshes, validations, and QA checks for financial reporting.
• Develop decision support solutions including medical and pharmacy claims data builds and reports.
• Provide data system documentation and ensure solution supports.
