Blue Cross NC seeks a Senior Actuarial Data Systems Analyst to provide technical data support and develop solutions for actuarial financial data systems. You will gather business requirements, analyze needs, and implement data and application improvements to ensure accuracy and auditability.

The role includes leading data mart maintenance, performing monthly data refreshes and validations, and delivering decision-support outputs such as data extracts, reports, and financial builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and optimization of Actuarial Systems Data Marts.
• Perform monthly data refreshes, financial validations and QA checks.
• Analyze business problems, develop recommendations, implement solutions and communicate results.
