Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead a large SAFe Agile Release Train in Charlotte, NC. You will facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other SAFe ceremonies, align teams with business owners, and remove impediments to delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in banking environments, SAFe certifications, and a track record of coaching teams across multiple ARTs. This is a hybrid, contract position based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale ARTs in banking or financial services.
Strong SAFe knowledge and coaching ability.
Excellent cross-team coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ART events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops and other SAFe ceremonies.
Identify and remove program-level impediments to ensure delivery and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Management, Business Owners, Architects, and technology leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
Monitor program risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics with transparent leadership communication.
Coach teams on SAFe principles, Agile best practices, and Lean-Agile ways of working.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the ART.
