Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process petitions, enrollment transactions, record updates, and transcripts with accuracy.
• Resolve complex registration and record issues with cross‑department collaboration.
• Guide students, faculty, and staff on registration procedures and enrollment rules.
• Coordinate diploma ordering, name updates, and related inquiries.
• Support Title IV engagement verification and federal financial aid compliance.
• Analyze student data using reports and queries for quality assurance.
