Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of administrative practices, policies, and procedures; ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Experience organizing projects, managing multiple priorities, and delivering accuracy in a busy setting.
• Sound judgment with the ability to interpret policies and decide appropriate actions.
• Ability to research information, analyze data, and make informed projections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Process petitions, enrollment transactions, record updates, transcripts with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Resolve complex registration and record issues, interpreting CSU, university, and federal policies.
• Guide students, faculty, and staff on registration procedures and enrollment requirements.
• Coordinate diploma ordering, name updates, and related processes with vendors and students.
• Support Title IV verification activities and federal financial aid compliance.
