Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan and oversee repair and maintenance across 60-100 Panda stores within a single region. You will evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and train store managers on facility maintenance and vendor interactions to ensure quality and cost-effective service.

The role requires substantial facilities maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel 40-50% with a hybrid schedule. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance-related experience, plus one to two years in facilities maintenance management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent years of experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 40-50%+.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60-100 stores across one region, ensuring Panda facility standards.
• Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Train store managers on repair and maintenance programs and on working with vendors to control quality and cost.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with vendors to handle routine or urgent situations.
• Support Risk Management by responding to emergencies and assisting with resolutions.
• Use Service Channel tools and FM metrics to manage vendor performance and costs.
