Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60-100 stores across a region, with a focus on cost efficiency and quality. You will train store managers on facility programs and work closely with vendors to ensure timely, compliant work.

The role requires travel 40%+ and a strong operations mindset. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, with five years in facilities maintenance and two years in management as a baseline.

Qualifications

• Five years of facilities maintenance experience, plus one to two years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
• CRFP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to drive and travel 40%+ as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60-100 Panda stores in one region.
• Search, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with local/regional vendors.
• Train store managers on repair and maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor performance to meet quality, cost, and timeliness targets.
• Support risk management by responding to emergencies and inspections.
