Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee repair and maintenance for 60-100 Panda stores within one region, with possible support for a second region. The role includes training store managers on facility maintenance and working with regional vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control.

Travel is 40-50% with a hybrid remote schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and CRSFP/related certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience with one to two years in facilities maintenance management, preferably in retail/hospitality.
• Active driver's license and ability to drive to sites as needed.
• CRFP or equivalent certification in progress or achieved is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one region (occasionally two).
• Search, evaluate, negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors for preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Train store managers on repair and maintenance programs and vendor collaboration to control quality and cost.
