Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associates degree or equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience with one to two years in management, preferably in retail/hospitality.
• CRFP certification or equivalent in progress.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.
• Active driver’s license and ability to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores across one region.
• Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate contracts with local/regional vendors.
• Implement repair and preventive maintenance programs for store teams.
• Train store managers on R&M programs and vendor collaboration to control quality and cost.
• Support risk management by responding to emergencies and coordinating resolutions.
• Use Service Channel tools and FM metrics to monitor vendor performance and costs.
