Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan and oversee repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores across one or two regions. You will contract with regional vendors, train store managers, and ensure quality workmanship at a controlled cost.

The role requires strong vendor management and leadership in a fast-paced retail/hospitality setting. Hybrid schedule with travel to sites in the Detroit area and beyond.

Qualifications

• Five years of facilities maintenance experience or more.
• Facilities maintenance management experience in retail/hospitality preferred.
• CRFP certification in progress or equivalent is advantageous.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores across 1–2 regions.
• Search, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors for maintenance services.
• Train store managers on R&M programs and vendor collaboration to control quality and cost.
• Manage vendor performance using ServiceChannel tools and FM metrics.
