Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores across one region, with travel 40–50%. You will lead vendor negotiations, implement preventive maintenance programs, and train store managers to uphold facility standards.

The role requires five years in facilities maintenance and one to two years in management, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple sites in California. Hybrid remote work with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years facilities maintenance experience, and 1–2 years in facilities management in retail/hospitality.
• CRFP certification pursuit or equivalent.
• Food handler certification within 30 days of employment.
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores across one region with travel as needed.
• Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors for maintenance services.
• Implement repair and preventive maintenance programs; train store managers to work with vendors and control quality and costs.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and train managers on their use while coordinating with vendors.
• Support Risk Management by responding to emergencies and helping resolve issues.
• Use Service Channel tools, reports, and FM metrics to manage vendors’ performance and costs.
