Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan and oversee repair and maintenance for 60–100 stores in a region, including training store managers on facility maintenance and working with regional vendors.

The role requires five years of facilities maintenance experience with some management, CRFP certification preferred, plus a valid Food Handler's Card and an active driver's license. Hybrid schedule with travel to assigned stores in Detroit area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience; 1–2 years in management.
• CRFP certification or in-progress strongly preferred.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
• Active driver’s license for regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair/maintenance for 60–100 stores in one region.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with local/regional vendors.
• Train store managers on repair/maintenance programs and vendor collaboration.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs with vendors and managers.
• Support risk management by responding to emergencies and inspections.
• Use Service Channel tools to monitor vendor performance and costs.
