BlackLine is seeking a Regional Manager, Business Development in New York. Hybrid work with on-site presence at least three days a week. You will lead a BDR team, drive regional sales goals, and partner with Sales and Marketing to execute programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in people leadership within business development or sales, plus a Bachelor's degree and experience with Outreach, Salesforce, and Excel reporting. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Excel reporting skills (charts and graphs).

Aufgaben

• Oversee regional BDR team performance and development.
• Lead weekly team meetings and reinforce best practices.
• Manage inbound/outbound lead activity and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate with Geo Leader, Talent Acquisition, HRBP and Marketing.
• Hire and onboard new BDRs and interns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to execute regional strategies.
• Track performance using Tableau and SFDC.
