ARDEX Americas is expanding its Corporate Human Resources team with a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across the Americas, with onboarding responsibilities via Paylocity and strong collaboration with hiring managers.

The position requires at least two years of recruitment experience, familiarity with HRIS, and the ability to travel locally. Located at our woodland campus in Center Township, PA, with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of recruitment and interviewing experience.
• Experience with HRIS is essential. ATS is a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-location teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across ARDEX Americas.
• Represent ARDEX at career fairs and schools to build talent pipelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies and support employer branding.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate processes.
• Prepare offers and maintain communications with candidates and managers.
• Coordinate background checks, I-9 verifications, and onboarding in Paylocity.
• Prepare new hire orientations and maintain HR records.
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
