Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical departments, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and identify top talent.

You will build and nurture pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and guide candidates through offers, delivering a positive experience at every touchpoint. This contract role supports a 3-days-hybrid model with local candidates in NYC, Denver, or Charlotte, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle Clinical or Ops Recruiter experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, tech forums).
• Experience using Greenhouse is strongly preferred.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across the company to meet hiring needs (sourcing, interviewing, feedback, offers).
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, teams, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive technical candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct initial screenings for technical skills, culture fit, and motivation.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience as the first point of contact.
• Collaborate with leaders to craft job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a passive candidate pipeline for future needs.
• Track pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
