Latent is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from the moment someone is invited to interview. You will bring structure and care to a fast-moving recruiting process—coordinating with hiring leads and interviewers, communicating directly with candidates, and managing complex schedules.

When plans change, you’ll anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and ensure every interview day runs seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Experience coordinating interviews or complex schedules preferred.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own planning and execution of candidate interview days from start to finish.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure readiness.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and solve logistical challenges quickly.
• Create a welcoming, organized, high-touch candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and implement them.
