The Panther Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support a busy Talent Acquisition team in Marlborough, MA. You will assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer letters, new-hire coordination, contractor tracking, timekeeping administration, and internship program activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including senior-level interviews.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters using established templates.
• Greet candidates arriving for onsite interviews and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Monitor job postings and maintain the company’s career portal.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records using Excel workbooks and established templates.
• Provide calendar and scheduling support to Talent Acquisition leadership.
