Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions in Canton, MA is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator on a three‑month contract with a hybrid schedule. You will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, administering the ATS, handling background checks, and posting jobs across multiple boards.

The role requires 3–5 years of administrative support (preferably in recruiting/HR) and an Associates Degree.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years administrative support experience, preferably in a recruiting department or HR function.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates interview logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate inquiries.
• Acts as systems administrator for the Recruiting ATS; liaises with vendor and troubleshoots issues.
• Supports background checks with Internal Audit semi-annual process.
• Manages posting of jobs on multiple boards and generates weekly requisition reports.
• Supports offer letters and new hire paperwork; data entry for background checks.
• collaborates with HR on related activities and demonstrates analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
