Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Contract Recruiting Assistant to support their Talent Acquisition team for 6+ months during the busy season. The hybrid role in Boston requires coordinating interview schedules and travel across time zones, while keeping closely aligned with hiring managers and candidates.

Ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience scheduling interviews and travel across multiple timezones.
• Professional services experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
• Manage job postings in the ATS and on external posting sites.
• Manage candidate activity and reporting in the ATS.
• Support the TA team by managing ad-hoc projects.
