Job summary

Addison Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support HR and talent acquisition on a contract basis (2–3 months). The role coordinates interviews, screens candidates, maintains communications, and collaborates with hiring managers to keep recruitment on track.

The position is hybrid: four days onsite, one day remote, with pay ranging from $23 to $26 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with candidates, panelists and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate screening and initial assessments.
• Maintain recruiting communications and job postings.
• Publish job opportunities through internal and external platforms.
• Prepare interview materials and evaluation rubrics.
• Support offers and new hire processes.
• Monitor recruiting emails and provide timely updates.
• Assist with university outreach for internships.
