Job summary

Wash Associates in Nashville region is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for frontline and site-level roles across Illinois and Tennessee. Reporting to the HR Director, you will post jobs, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with General Managers to extend offers and onboard new hires.

The role requires 3+ years in recruiting, strong communication, and multi-site hiring experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in multi-site, hourly, or high-volume environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with candidates and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings across all sites in Illinois and Tennessee.
• Source and screen candidates, including first-round phone screens.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with General Managers.
• Partner with GMs to understand site-specific hiring needs and timelines.
• Extend offers and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and GM satisfaction.
