Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support high‑volume recruitment and onboarding for frontline field positions in the Nashville area.

You will partner with operations and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process in English and Spanish. The role is hybrid, based in the metro Nashville area, and requires strong communication, organization, and ATS experience, preferably iCIMS.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for frontline, hourly, or field-based positions.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and field positions.
• Partner with operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, hiring events, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and interview candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule interviews and communicate hiring updates to candidates and managers.
• Prepare and extend job offers.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Assist candidates with applications, employment documents, and electronic onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates on openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
• Participate in onsite hiring events, new account start-ups, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Deliver a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
