Wayfair is seeking a Field Recruiting Coordinator for its Romeoville, IL Fulfillment Center. This contract, full-time role supports the front-line Talent Acquisition team and handles the full lifecycle of high-volume recruiting in North America.

You will engage in administrative tasks, support onsite events, and collaborate with Recruiters to achieve aggressive hiring goals. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in recruiting or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication throughout the candidate lifecycle.
• Able to coordinate multiple events and hiring activities with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative tasks throughout the recruiting and candidate life-cycle.
• Support onsite hiring events and coordinate logistics.
• Collaborate with recruiters to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Ensure timely creation and submission of job offers and requisitions.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance candidate experience.
• Maintain data integrity in the recruitment technology stack.
• Provide proactive follow-up with candidates via phone, email, and text.
• Research and participate in job fairs, campus events, and partnerships.
