Job summary

AceApplications, LLC is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and place skilled IT talent for mission-critical projects. This full-time role is hybrid remote in Orlando, FL (32826) and supports a structured, high-touch recruiting process from sourcing through offer coordination.

You will work with stakeholders to understand IT staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and coordinate offers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, IT staffing focus.
Sourcing, screening, and assessing technical candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust.
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand IT staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Present qualified candidates and coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offers.
Maintain relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication among stakeholders, candidates, and staff.
Keep candidate data current in ATS and other databases.
Provide regular recruiting reports to management.
