Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Recruiter to join a warm, collaborative talent acquisition team in Altamonte Springs, FL on a temporary-to-perm basis. The role supports a nearby healthcare facility with a hybrid schedule, offering two days remote work and in-office collaboration.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, screen candidates, and extend offers while acting as a brand ambassador for Randstad’s culture and benefits. Start date is nov 2, 2026, for a 3-month contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant HR/recruiting experience) plus 1+ years of active recruiting or HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, Recruiting CRMs, Microsoft Office, and modern AI recruiting tools.
• Preferred Experience: healthcare recruiting or RPO environments, plus HR/TA certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, HCI, NAHCR, RACR).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and build proactive candidate pipelines.
• Manage full end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and resume evaluations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing information on benefits and culture with candidates.
• Make brief visits to the local facility to build relationships with teams.

What You’ll Do

• As a Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, guiding candidates through a smooth, supportive recruitment journey:
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand department needs and build proactive candidate pipelines.
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to extending job offers and overseeing onboarding.
• Conduct engaging, behavioral-based candidate interviews and resume evaluations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing information on corporate benefits, organizational culture, and career pathways with prospective candidates.
• Make brief, periodic visits (2–3 times per quarter) to the local facility to build relationships with the teams you support.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant HR/recruiting experience) plus 1+ years of active recruiting or HR experience.
• Technical Savvy: Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruiting CRMs, Microsoft Office, and modern AI recruiting tools.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in healthcare recruiting or RPO environments, as well as HR/TA certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, HCI, NAHCR, or RACR), is a welcomed bonus!
