Job summary

Omnicell seeks a Reconciliation Lead to manage onboarding and ongoing reconciliation services for FDS Amplicare customers. You will maintain strong customer relationships, oversee reporting, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines while coordinating with the onboarding team.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, solid communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel; familiarity with NetSuite and Zoom is a plus. Hybrid in-office and remote schedule in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in professional customer service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel is expected.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and cloud-based webinar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship during onboarding and welcome communications.
• Facilitate training and assist with documentation for third‑party payer data transmittal.
• Prepare customer reports and analyze reconciliation data.
• Answer customer questions promptly and route calls as needed.
• Maintain case notes in NetSuite and support HIPAA compliance.
